Many times throughout the day you look up to the sky and just see a blue or grey sky without much thought. But on some days, you look out into the distance and see something beautiful, something that captivates the beauty of the sky not seen on a daily basis.
This collection of photography that features stunning skies, dynamic clouds, and bright colors showcases the beauty that is the sky. The photographers were able to capture something magnificent, a scene that will never occur again, not identically anyway, and is a gem to hold on to and save a piece of time.
Capturing a stunning photo of the sky is actually quite harder than it seems. The sun must be in the right place and patience is a virtue, waiting for the perfect light or clouds can be tiresome but can be well worth it. Learning to master sky photography takes practice, but for now, check out some amazing shots done by some very talented photographers.
I hope that you will definitely love this collection. I have spent much time in collecting some of the best sky photography taken by professional photographers. If you know any other good Natural sky photography , then please let me know in comments. I will add them to this list.

Wow… I love these photos. Incredible work. Some look like they may be HDR is this correct?
Yes , some of them are HDR images.

very nice collection you have here. awesome very much inspiring. thanks for sharing.
mostly over-saturated images. I prefer more realistic photographs than photoshopped dreamscapes. But I suppose if they were presented as photoshp creations rath than photographs, I wouldn’t complain.
I signed up for your email updates… but the “25+ BREATHTAKING EXAMPLES OF NATURAL SKY PHOTOGRAPHY” – how do you get a fiery red sky and a blue sky/white clouds reflected in water? Don’t get me wrong, I like ’em – but ‘natural’?
Many of these are trumped up fakes equivalent to the split colored filters from the film camera days. Yuch. The natural ones are pleasant. Thank you for sharing.
Another sky picture from Stockholm
Pure Kitsch, and some are awful indeed.
Sorry guys but most are just over saturated sky’s done in Photoshop etc.. The true color of the sky should be reflected in the water. (Red sky = red water) The red sky and blue water tells me its just your everyday photo pumped to be something its not..
Breathelessly Beautiful, all of them.Love them all.It is really hard to decide which I like more.Phenominal Work.Well Done.I love your photographs.
Stunning shots..really nice!
Here you have some of “my skies” …hope you like them.

Best regards!
Some of them are nice, but the ones you are referring to as being HDR (which they aren’t, that is a classic example of cross-processing), are way too much over-processed and are nowhere near “natural sky”. A blood-red sky with a clear blue reflection in the water? I don’t think so.
You want some good examples of HDR and cross-processing and the difference between the two? Check out http://www.fromadifferentangle.net and search for HDR and cross-processing.
E.g. http://fromadifferentangle.net/?p=950 and http://fromadifferentangle.net/?p=1216 .
I took this photo off a cruise ship sailing south towards Mexico last summer. The Sky was totally on fire. Some of the photos above have clearly been photoshopped. There is no retouching in this photo.

Fantastic!!!
Some of the pictures have lovely effects. It’s crazy how much they change the mood of the picture. Great job.

I did not see my life in the beauty of these images or anxiety or psychotropic fantasy that makes the viewer want to be living with it
Wow, fabulous sky images! Showing my ignorance I just had to look up what HDR means. It doesn’t matter if they are all natural or not, they all look great. Can someone sum up for me the cheapest way to create this type of image?
i like this photo realy very super
a friend of mine loves to take photos and i wanted to share these…. they’re not all skies but they’re beautiful scenes too… and it’s quite alot
